For those owner who are renovating, have you get the permit from MPS?
If you are not, how you work?
Just work illegal?
I just called the pengawai MPS, he said the strata title would not approve if we renovate now cause the hse differ with the plan.
Another contractor told me to hold till the strata title out. He said the penalty will be 10x or 20x of the cost of renovation.
Is he true?

I think if u renovate without changing the internal layout should be fine. Did u chk with the developer?



I want to extend the kitchen till the end.
Developer said allowed us to extend but MPS will not approve.

Memang the developer allow but MPS not...

MPS said tak akan approve...

cause i am not the rich ppl, dun want to spend extra money for the penalty later.

developer said another 6 months to release
