I am one of the last release buyer on the intermediate unit. The response to the sale of this 24 unit (at lease the intermediate unit) is so overwhelming. there was a stack of interest form being filled, where the sales person would call them upon release, and before they manage to call out it was all taken.

I have received the VP letter on 25 Feb.

What is approx budget if my needs is just to make use my back yard as kitchen by roof tiles and flooring tiles?

I have just completed my renovation, but not yet stay there. From my observation, there is still plenty houses left "untouched". I can say 10-15% out of total house is occupy only. For newly vp houses i guess this is normal occupancy rate.
In term of safety & security , i guess im not in the best position to describe..since i haven't move in yet.

I intend to install booster pump + water heater, anybody can pm me the plumber contact, and what is the price for installation only.
