I am using M1 which serves my family fine, have applied Telekom package in parallel, awaiting Telekom to revert when it's ready to install, no timeline given albeit I understood that with >100 applicants then actions will be swifter, so suggest to apply first nonetheless.

Glad to see >90 units moved into Anggun 2 now, close to 50%, and many families plan to move in by May, including both my neighbors! It is going to be a nice living area and community!

In fact, the main reason most havent moved in is due to authority approval- it was not entertained citing various reasons, i started reno with managent and Jabatan Tanah's approval, now slapped w a rm 3k fine by MPS and RM1k resubmission. While i am totally dissapointed with msian bureaucrats, did not regret to hav started earlier

Management did say MPS approval is needed but MPS said "wait until guidelines for landed strata title properties are developed" - no timeline given. Ridiculous- vp is out but still need to wait indefinitely for stupid reasons.
Family moved in, like the place- therefore not regretting taking the risks to do the reno not waiting for mps come up w guidelines

The flyover across nkve connecting rawang old town-anggun is finally open today!?

Finally paid less than rm 1k to close the MPS compound- architectual & resubmission abt rm1k.

Flyover bridge- direction towards anggun/bch is open, the other direction might take another month but as roads underneath are expanded, overall traffic is smooth and much more organized now

Ok didnt know the name, not live in msia, for a long time ☺ i applied for telekom fixed line and internet pack the last time i was back in Nov- called hotline to check was always told not ready yet as not reach 100 applicants yet.

2k deposit to management is correct, so is approval required by management and MPS. If not damage is unpredictable esp w mps depending on the extent of back extension etc. Summons r rm12500 for most without approval but reduced to less than 3k upon appeal. For ur reference to decide
