Flyover bridge- direction towards anggun/bch is open, the other direction might take another month but as roads underneath are expanded, overall traffic is smooth and much more organized now

Guys what are the option for internet? i don't think unifi cover this area yet aite?

although umobile said their 3G coverage has not covered anggun 2 area, i used it anyway & it's pretty ok. it depends on which part of the house you are surfing with umobile. a bit of disconnection from time to time but otherwise pretty stable.

everytime also saw the P1 van in front of McD. How's the speed? I presume quite hopeless compared to Unifi?

btw they offer fiber or what?

Ok didnt know the name, not live in msia, for a long time ☺ i applied for telekom fixed line and internet pack the last time i was back in Nov- called hotline to check was always told not ready yet as not reach 100 applicants yet.

haha unifi is their fiber optic broadband, all package come with unlimited local calls.

Apply with management then with MPS

I heard just need to pay 2K renovation deposit to management & get the letter permit out & start work. coz back extention is not allowed, even if wth the MPS plan they will summon too. so apply or not apply makes no different. True or not?

True but on the extension i have no comment - drive around the neighbourhood and see for yourself.

2k deposit to management is correct, so is approval required by management and MPS. If not damage is unpredictable esp w mps depending on the extent of back extension etc. Summons r rm12500 for most without approval but reduced to less than 3k upon appeal. For ur reference to decide
