Exit sungai buloh will come out from back of kota damansara right?Have always wondered how it link up from Sg Buloh to K. Damansara.

After exit sg. buloh toll, just takes the jln kuala selangor ahead until u reached the junction heading to sri damansara / desa park city / bandar manjalara , u will be joining back LDP and from there can go to kota d'sara n the rest of the place.

Its abit far by can skip the q starting from sg buloh to subang.

Seems abit far this route as LDP traffic is kinda bad too.

From google map i see that you can opt for Jalan Sungai Buloh which link to the back end of Kota Damansara - have you tried?

Cos my office will be moving to Kota damansara soon
Heard about jam, then haih. . Petrol + tol. Make me headache

Should be ok if you leave your house early, I try few time to Rawang from Kota Damansara about 5pm, the traffic is ok, not that teribble.

U means the road pass by the sg buloh ktm & mrt sg buloh depot? Never try the road before.

But if ur new office is located @ the kota damansara industrial area, this route is much nearer.

just being announced that will be move to kota damansara, but the actual place not confirmed yet. wonder the tol how much. Cos petrol sure 1 month need rm 200-300 ady

it facing house unit

Nice house near to my new house. But i dun have more budget to buy this yet...

seems like this unit is facing the corner unit that mentioned earlier, can c extension works been carried out @ the empty land.

It is a nice place without skyscrapers, yet still not too far from Damansara. Everytime I passby, I also feel like moving there lo. So windy & free fresh air~

Guys any reliable / reasonable contractor for Rawang area?

Need a quote on options before deciding what to do with the unit.

What kind of renovation you intend to do? Basic, major? My unit is at Jln 2C and we are in the renovation line. Still haven't started renovate, look see look see first.

I heard that renovation for intermediate lots are beign forzen meantime waiting for green light from developer? It seems that the developer is getting 3 designs approved by their architect and people have 3 choices.

Option 1: Extending backend of the unit + demolish utility room and the small toilet for bigger kitchen

Option 2: Above + extending side of the unit so that both living room + room has bigger space (Have some extra land on the side)

Depend on how complicated it gets with the management / authority and of course i have a budget to work on.
