I think it has serious sound leakage, partly is due to the design.
Light bass
It will fall off easily and you will need to continuously press it into your ear.
Not a very good earphone imo.

Honestly a casual listener may like it but for me, I really think it needs more improvement.

QUOTE(mingxpro @ Jan 30 2013, 10:15 AM) hahaha....at first i also think it's bass is so shit...but....if you point the hole to more centre of your ear...bass is stronger... Yeap, cuz less sound leakage ma..But if you notice, this earphone really cant go low.. The low bass is hardly audible.. The isolation is just like the old one, zero, but this can be good too.. |

QUOTE(cstkl1 @ Feb 17 2013, 11:18 AM) Yup light bass for those who listen/have crap music/video source. I listen using iPod classic. Its bassy. More than even my dre urebeats. Been using it a lot n quite happy with it. Perfect for my ALACS n especially awesome for movies. My only qualm with it i wish the plastic was softer. Def above average. All these are based on personal reference.. But basically, i dont think an open iem can be bassier than a closed iem Monster beat. Try asking audiophiles |

QUOTE(cstkl1 @ Feb 17 2013, 10:41 PM) Hence y i am saying ure personal preference is skewed because of the inferior music source ure using. But I am listening it via a dock. Means no classic's amp interfered. Btw Dude i aint askin. Tellin ya. Stating it. Its bassier than my urebeats Audiophiles... most of them are using inferior music/video source but judging nonsense. The sound on the earpods are good. The number of ppl i know who even tag and have a good remuxed/encoded ALAC collection and properly encoded m4v videos from BD's... are so few. Yet theres so many so called audiophiles on idevices... Its very good earphone. But not as good as some pricey sens Its pure. Bassier than urbeats? Not sure about this but its funny that a classic can make urbeat bassier but cant do the same thing on earpod. |
