No D, plug and play with original door seal whistling.gif It does look original rite whistling.gif
sound like water pump to me. Have you notice this happened AFTER lighten crank pulley? It could be the pulley imbalance that causes this, and if yes soon more to come. Crankshaft bearing jam lar, piston ring fast wear off lar, engine block bore by piston lar, aircon compressor clutch KO lar.... Please atleast send for mechanic to open up the timing belt cover to see whether the belt got grind or not whistling.gif

haiyo, LCP create this problem ar? if true need to go to ea to change back to original part then send to proton

I'm NOT saying LCP causes it 100%, but if the problem happened only AFTER installation of LCP, than its most likely caused by LCP imbalanced. From the video you posted, I suspect water pump started to give up. Other than that, also suspect hydraulic lifter had been gapped too much, could be the result of bad engine oil. Ultimately if indeed the LCP imbalanced, soon more problem to come yawn.gif

If it is hydraulic valve lifter, then its very normal. All of us also got that sound. Anyway, without hearing it by myself, I also can't tell what exactly is the problem.

to be safe, need to go to EA and change back to ori parts then send to SC to check..

hmm, mine the sound came before the change of LCP. Not sure what cause it.
but after I change LCP the sound is gone. the sound is only during warm up and very short time.
but I am not seeing you having belt slip which drex do mentioned to me that belt slip is common for aluminium pulley however I don't see other having the problem.
Not sure whether is engine oil, or belt tension or something, because at first tot want to solve the problem since I am going to EA.
then after change extractor, change LCP, add in engine treatment, I too excited and totally forgot about it.
I forgotten whether the noise is still there before I go for my timing belt service. but I am certain after that there is no longer the sound.
a higher pitch of belt slip sound is there instead.
So, either the LCP, the engine treatment, the extractor, the timing belt whole set, or the engine oil change solved it, I got no idea.

better I go to EA and ask them to check and change to ori parts...
got iafm problem sound also...haiya bad luck for new year...thanx bro
