QUOTE(dares @ Dec 23 2012, 11:14 AM) It should be released completely, unless the handbrake cable over tightened or your brake cylinder jammed. now the car seldom drive. then when wanna drive around, when shifted into D, the car seems to still be dragged a bit. not sure is handbrake jam or brake jam.Added on December 23, 2012, 11:16 am What happened to your windshield? but can feel the drum brake got some kruk kruk sound. |

about the smell entering the car, I don't have the problem for both persona and saga. however smell do enter from nowhere. maybe thru small gap like the door gap which is not airtight.
btw, wanna ask about undercarriage, not sure I spell correctly. but when do I need to tighten it, or rather should ask what is the symptom of it loosen/need to be tighten? |

QUOTE(manubis @ Jan 1 2013, 05:06 PM) haiyo, LCP create this problem ar? if true need to go to ea to change back to original part then send to proton bro, my milege going to be 50k 2years car and the sound is same.... u face similar problem? QUOTE(manubis @ Jan 1 2013, 06:29 PM) After installation few mobth then got some sound, after warm up gone hmm, mine the sound came before the change of LCP. Not sure what cause it. already ask drex that time and he said normal.... this sound happen from last month....worried a bit but after I change LCP the sound is gone. the sound is only during warm up and very short time. but I am not seeing you having belt slip which drex do mentioned to me that belt slip is common for aluminium pulley however I don't see other having the problem. Not sure whether is engine oil, or belt tension or something, because at first tot want to solve the problem since I am going to EA. then after change extractor, change LCP, add in engine treatment, I too excited and totally forgot about it. I forgotten whether the noise is still there before I go for my timing belt service. but I am certain after that there is no longer the sound. a higher pitch of belt slip sound is there instead. So, either the LCP, the engine treatment, the extractor, the timing belt whole set, or the engine oil change solved it, I got no idea. |

QUOTE(manubis @ Jan 1 2013, 11:50 PM) better I go to EA and ask them to check and change to ori parts... iafm sound confirmed edi?got iafm problem sound also...haiya bad luck for new year...thanx bro hmm, I think maybe you can ask EA to solve it. not necessary to change back to stock unless you wanna claim warranty. anyway, you will feel the real difference of the effect of LCP after you change back to stock. |

QUOTE(zeone @ Jan 7 2013, 08:03 PM) Yup, Bro...they do! Really wan... so you install the GC yourself rite? The drawback is those cable ties need 2b re-tightened as & when necessary (as Bro dares mentioned earlier). Of course, SS Braided Hoses eg ProRS, wld b BEST! No doubt abt that! (Note : Me hv tried both b4...juz a question of budget... Yup, me hv VS & GC. VS is Zaptor Evolve. GC passed over from ole gen Saga & modified 4suitable length. what will happen if the GC is not connected correctly yah? the nut like engine head part I a bit scare to open. haha~~ |

QUOTE(zeone @ Jan 7 2013, 08:26 PM) Yup, Bro...DIY nia. will be following this as I bought from him and need to DIY.GC is from batt3 -ve to car body (also -ve). No error shld happen. For Engine cyl head connection, suggest connect to connector @top LHS which is juz an anchorage point...not affect engine at all wan even uf removed. Best wishes... http://static.lowyat.net/uploads/attach-38...-1344264257.jpg just afraid if those nuts are crucial if it become loose. |
