I am not a Mac OS X user. Just wonder, and hopes you guy can clarify this for me.

Is Mac OS X support DVD writting? Or there is a software bundled along with the OS. The DVD writting feature support Chinese character file name?

Yes , OSX Supports Chinese Character File Name and DVD Burning Support is bulit in into OSX

You can burn DVDs [music or video] using iTunes , iPhoto , iLife..

If you're looking for a Burning Software , then you can go with Roxio Toast ..But the Bulit-in Burning tool pawns !
