Helly again....

For those TV owner above, did anyone manage to get the same quality like the COD2 in below forum ??

http://forum.teamxbox.com/showthread.php?t=422719

I believe Sony KV-DB29M61 native's is 480p and not at 720p on those high end HDTVs.

According to some people... (not sure if it's true) if the TV native is 480p... it is actually digitally simulating 720p which actually downgrades the quality...

Any comments ???

don't be silly, 480p looks horrible compare to 720p/1080i. tongue.gif

CRT tv doesn't have native resolution, unlike lcd or plasma.
according to info i read before, crt tv upscale 720p signal to 1080i. because of scanning frequency limitation for crt.

thanks for the info guys...

guess i will get this TV after all... limited choices for a budget HDTV

living in Malaysia sure has it's disadvantages...

-no official Xbox 360
-no HD broadcast in another 5 years
-not much HDTV CRT to choose from
