try these
1) download the firmware from iClarified
2) cook the CFW with ur shsh with iFaith or dont need if with tinyumbrella
3) make ur device go to Boot Tethered with redsnow or iFaith or some other app

*i recommend u try 1-3, last time i tried loading the firmware from other than iClarified most of the time get error...

if cannot cook cfw then directly use TinyUmbrella .

connect u phone, start TSS server then put ur phone to pwned DFU then try restore with 5.1.1...
if not the other way is to restore to ios6

I tot i did pwned DFU on iPad 2 couple times last time, not sure....
try with redsnow or iFaith (iReb) all oso kenot?
