hi to all sifu, i'm the new user of v3. I have encounter some problem with this phone:
1) when tried to categorised my phone book entries ( wish to assign ring tones to specific numbers) it seems like cannot group to the default categories i.e VIP, personal, business etc. And then i read manual book, it says that in order to categorised, the phone numbers must be in phone memory instead of sim's memory, rite? so i tried and it also persists the same problem which when i change the stlye detail, it will come back to the menus page......
2) i've been using nokia phones previously, so when copy the phone number from sim to phone which prompt me whether to merge or overwrite and i've selected overwrite and poof all my number went missing.... . I thought that when i overwrite from sim to phone even when the phone memory numbers is more than sim memory , its should not deleting my phone memory numbers, rite?
still frustrating over this matters, could anyone pls help or advice?

Thanks for your info, btw u mention abt motorola phone tools to bak up, how does it works, i'm not aware abt this function
