When I try to install MPT I get some error saying that it could not load "PbkInstall.dll" then I can't run the program after that. Any ideas how to fix this? Do I need MPT to connect my phone to my PC or can I just use it as Plug-n-Play?

When you guys connect your phone to your PC, does Windows auto detect it? Mine says that it needs to reboot after installing some drivers. Also, when you plug your phone in, iTunes says "Upadating Mobile Phone" is this normal? Howcome the transfer is so slow, USB 1.1?

I also sometimes feel like the conection is kinda "buggy" like sometimes cannot eject it, it says "files in use" and iTunes constantly updates the phone while transfering songs. Browsing the phone's directory is also kinda slow.
