Put it simple, IAS/CC/CD contribute damage too

In short, you need them all.
As we push our DPS more than 200K DPS, I'd say we push DEX/IAS/CC/CD as high as possible.
We need to have all of them.

Based on current 200K+ DPS build, generally you need to have 2500-3000 DEX / 50% CC / 500% CD / 60%+ Attack Speed (dual-wield).
Godly specs are such as 3200+ DEX / 60%+ CC / 600%+ CD / 78%+ Attack speed (dual-wield)
