Is MP10 easier to have higher drop rate.?

mp10 gv more MF & 100% chance of an xtra loot .. so yeah "in theory" mp10 shud hv higher drop rate
from my own personal white mobs farming sessions of Arreat Crater 2 + Keeps 2 .. i do get more leg drops per hour on mp10 compared to lower mp.

Maybe you should consider picking one class to use for MP10 and concentrate on gearing that character to be efficient.

Its not about min dps entirely, you need to make sure you won't get killed easily prior to dealing enough damage.

Like CM Wiz with 2.73APS would do. 100k is ok, 150k is better, 200k is bravo, 300k is awesome.
Like WW barb with good fury regen in 5.0%LS allow you to keep 95% up time of WOTB
Like DH with 95% gloom uptime
Like WD with bear that can replenish your halth
Like Monk that can heal and manage spirit efficiently

How to achieve 2.73APS for CM Wiz.? Meaning to beef up attack speed?

chest -9 Tal rasha chest 8%-9% ias
Belt -The witching Hour 8%-9% ias
pants- Inna temperance 8%-9% ias
glove -rare glove max 9% ias
ring- rare ring max
amulet -rare amulet max 9% ias
boots -zuni (legacy ) boots 6% ias

You forgetting chantodo wand which can roll 10% aspd.

with that speed, a wizard with nunchucks is basically invincible. One whip, your nut starts cracking.
