QUOTE(charlesj @ Dec 17 2018, 02:11 PM) MBB 2 Card Gold/Platinum, Amex for local spend Ambank VI/WMC for overseas / non-Amex May look into HSBC if you are not eligible for AMB I were using these before switching into M2P QUOTE(tohff7 @ Dec 17 2018, 02:38 PM) Get standalone MU VI at least? if can't get M2C Premier. You can try to pledge FD if you can't meet the income requirement thank you for the tips and share your experience. The "2nd best CC" will pale in comparison to M2C Premier, Also, maybe give some info about your income and spending etc. so that we can recommend the best card for you? I already have MBB 2 Card Platinum. But I don't know TP earned from M2C Platinum can redeem Enrich miles. My bad. Because from MBB website, Maybank 2 Card Premier and Maybank VI pages mention about TP convert to Miles. However, Maybank 2 Platinum Card page do not mention miles redemption. I thought TP earned from M2C Platinum can't use to redeem miles. Normally I redeem for vouchers. Maybank 2 Cards Premier https://www.maybank2u.com.my/mbb_info/m2u/p...sonal/CRD-Cards Maybank Visa Infinite https://www.maybank2u.com.my/mbb_info/m2u/p...sonal/CRD-Cards Maybank 2 Platinum Card https://www.maybank2u.com.my/mbb_info/m2u/p...sonal/CRD-Cards Will try ask ask how much I need to pledge FD to get M2P. by the way, if can't spend RM80k per annum, any successful case call CS to waive the annual fee? QUOTE(maiself @ Jan 3 2019, 10:39 AM) It has been a while since my last business class redemption to London.. The Miles devaluation like flying this month? maybe due to limited tickets and buy in short period, so higher points needed?I redeemed 2 tix to NRT this month with 55k/pax and around RM1xx tax |

QUOTE(neursaleh @ Jan 14 2019, 10:25 AM) I found the cheapest is using your miles points. I've converted all my Maybank Treatpoints to Enrich cause I thought the hotel deal still valid and their flight is not too bad. But found that the hotel deal is no more, but still not bad of business class flight. RM2000 worth of treatpoints is equal to how much TP?To put things in perspective, you can convert your RM2000 worth of treatpoints to RM15000 worth of business class flight to London (1 person) or RM6000 worth of economy class flight (2 person to London). And yes you have to pay whatever taxes you have to pay separately. if redeem voucher at Maybankard Center, 50,000 TPs = RM 100 AEON gift voucher RM2,000 worth of treatpoints = 1 million TPs? |

QUOTE(ethan chong @ Apr 6 2019, 12:35 PM) Recent news said government going to close down or sell MAS airline to 3rd party. Should i convert my credit card points to enrich miles? As of today i got around 2 million maybank points. 2m treatpoints from maybank M2Premier or VI? The problem is my credit points going to expired soon (end of April'19) appreciate any advice, thanks! if not mistaken, you can convert to around 445k enrich miles (conversion rate 4500 TP = 1000 EM), which is more than enough to redeem business class to London... |

from the Enrich website redemption table, around 69k EM required to redeem a Tokyo return economy. yes, i know the best use of miles is to upgrade to business ticket of London, but i and my family like Japan/Korea more than western coutries, at least at the moment.
i am not sure KF or AM, may i know how much miles required to redeem a Tokyo return economy? This post has been edited by propusers: Apr 18 2019, 02:57 PM |
