Has anyone with the Ambank Enrich Visa card had their carry-forward points credited to their account yet? I can't see them in my app, but the website seems to suggest that only the excess points above the full redemption requirement (i.e. 60 points for Gold), rather than the reduced redemption requirement (i.e. 42 points for Gold) , can be carried forward. Can anyone confirm if this is accurate?

Based on 50% 0f 70 points for Ambank Platinum qualification it would have meant a maximum of 35 points carried forward to my Enrich qualification. Sadly it’s not and only got 18 points. (This is from the website). From my App it says under maintenance. Hope that helps. I have already wrote an email to Enrich to ask them on how the carry forward points are calculated. Yet to get a reply.  I suppose their system is just under maintenance. |
