Did they "bank in" the 50% already? Mine reflected today, but only redeemed portion, bonus not in yet 😫

I shot them a call and email already, seems like the bank delay the process, transaction date is 12/11 instead of 11/11, i only worried the date will disqualified me. Screenshot my call logs to them also, proving that it is not my fault and i want that 50% bonus. I will wait for their reply because they did mentioned up to 14 days for transaction to be reflected. Yes, normally bank conversion is one shot, sometimes may not also. Also, i did change from Sunway Pals to Enrich during Merdeka Month, that one not one shot.
