Wondering if anyone has managed to redeem flights on Japan Airlines using Enrich miles? Japan Airlines belongs to the One World Alliance. According to MAS, Enrich miles can be used to redeem flights on Japan Airlines. But such option is not available online. Thank you.

I redeemed Economy class for two on Japan Airlines from Tokyo to London
economy: 58000 miles + RM 1693 (taxes and duties) x 2 persons

It appeared that they only have one business class seat available for each flight.
business: 131000 miles + RM 1693 (yes, same taxes as for Economy class flights)

It has been about one week. The Enrich redemption system is still not updated. The flight dates for business class (Kuala Lumpur - London) are accompanied by the number of miles required = "99,400 miles" but there is no option to select these flights. The more "expensive" business flights are available for redemption at 532,800 miles.

It appears that the required miles for a business saver ticket (KUL - LON) will be increased to 99,400 miles - if saver tickets will still be available in the future.

Telephoned Enrich today to ask about redeeming a business class flight between KUL and London. The agent quoted 700k+ Miles per trip. He even confirmed that the Enrich Saver promotion has ended and won't be re-activated for this year.

It all seems very dodgy.

Enrich has introduced the Enrich Pool programme.

Very few customers dare to convert valuable points into Enrich now that Enrich Saver has been suspended without ample notice and to many customers' surprise
