Why many of the flight I choose got this error:
No miles and cash options are available for your selected recommendation. (54001) Promo fare cannot use enrich miles to redeem? If this is true, enrich really useless and lousy |

Due to the corona virus concern, I decided to cancel my trip. I had called to MAS to reschedule but not worth to do it.
I used miles to redeem tickets and unable to get refund. But could I claim back airport tax which airasia allowed to do so? |
