My apologies. I am sure this has been asked before, but I found it difficult to get any answer.
I have accumulated quite a bit of enrich points but never redeemed it before. Is it more cost effective to redeem for upgrades to business class or for redemption of economy tickets?
Though I enjoy business class a lot when I travel alone, I do plan to take my young children to UK one day and I am thinking that getting them business class is probably too indulgent.
What do you guys think?

I have got a measly 6000+ enrich points expiring end of this month and have no where to fly to. Just realized that the temptations inflight shopping is back on. Any idea how to convert these points into shopping vouchers as I have never done that before?

flying to Hong Kong. Regarding the seat comfort - Mas 737-800 or code share cathay a340-300 - which one more comfortable for economy?
Can you get same enrich points if you take the code share with cathay pacific?

After booking tickets via enrich on line, how do we book the seats that we want? Can that only be done when checking in?

when will the tie in with emirates kick off for Europe. Might have to go in April but not sure if it will kick in by then. Currently the flight to Amsterdam is under KLM and is super expensive.

Just wondering if there is any other alternative. I bought a ticket from KL --> Narita econ flex, hoping to upgrade using my points. Just been told over the phone that no seats available for upgrade via points and I can only do so with cash bidding, which I am not keen.
Any other way to upgrade using points?
