Very long or until they feel like it. Malaysia really boleh.

My previous trips with MAS wasn't even captured despite my Enrich numbers were captured in my booking.

try email to enrich@malaysiaairlines.com with all member's details, flight details n attach the ticket as well. Very fast

Something is very wrong with the Enrich system. Miles from my recent trips with MAS were not captured in their system.

Enrich never bothers to even process Missing Miles within their system. Now I am trying my luck with email.

Based on these bad horrible experiences, I am seriously losing trust with this useless airlines.

I guess they really want to make platinum members to be very privileged

The Golden Lounges are too crowded nowadays, too easy to get status.

Hopefully with this change, it will reduce the crowds.

There isn't really much advantage with platinum status anyway, only access to the first class lounge at KLIA.

If use enrich point to redeem flight ticket are we entitled to any elite point?

No.

Next year, I'm converting 100K enrich points to enrichcash, this will fast track to gold status.

may be they will change the requirement to match. So75k for silver and 140k for gold....lol, when one change, the rest will follow

iinm the new Enrich TnC mentioned now redeemed flights are entitled to only 1 elite point

1 elite point only apply when point redeem + cash. Not redeem point only [start 1 Jan 2026]
