With the Enrich Saver back already, is it a good time to redeem Enrich Points from Credit Card points since there is currently 10% bonus. Will there be any better promo?

Usually when is this 20% promotion be like, in the past?

How frequent do they have this 20% bonus promo? I’m new in this and will be redeeming for the first time. Hope to get the most out of this.

Do you get an email notification or you stalk the MAS website? I've never received any notification except from my CC bank once... Just missed the 20% bonus and was thinking about redeeming the 10% bonus, but if it's 2-3 times a year I would probably wait for the 20% bonus to return.

if I want to redeem flights with points for family member (not travelling with me) , how do I do this aside from calling ENRICH cust.svc?

I tried via app and website , passenger name and enrich ID is under my name. I can change name but not enrich ID, there will be warning / error saying "frequent flyer number provided is invalid". 

Is that the process ?

I have enrich points. Planning to go from Singapore to London. Can we use enrich points to fly Emirates. I'm planning to buy 10 tickets , so isit worth it to use alliance visa infinite or just use wise?

This is incorrect - you can redeem on Emirates in Business and Economy as a partner redemption - you need to do it via the phone or in a ticket office though. Note that  Business redemptions are not eligible for the chauffer service.

Your previous answer to a question to someone suggesting they transfer points to someone else is also a very bad suggestion as 1) its unnecessary and 2) it costs money.
