QUOTE(torres09 @ Jul 26 2016, 10:18 AM) I saw in the June statement email that ask us "stay tuned for more offers like our Great Business Class Redemption Sale".. hope it is something attractive and travel period give longer time.. Btw.. does anyone here hold the CIMB Enrich World Mastercard? Is there a first year annual fee waiver? I have cancelled my CIMB enrich world elite mastercard , they said only if u spent RM 200k per year then it can be waived.

QUOTE(db07mufan @ Jul 27 2016, 10:51 AM) Now that sucks. Is that a MH thing or is it smack across the alliance. They're not doing themselves a favour here This is referring to emirates flight codeshare with MAS only i suppose.

QUOTE(limeuu @ Sep 30 2016, 10:41 PM) booked on line....i don't have the luxury of people doing it for me....in any case, even for official travels, i rather book myself and collect points on my cc...just claim later... those normally booked through the MH website do not give the exact class code.... but those booked with enrich redemption do show the actual class.... i noticed before, if i call them and make some changes, the updated eticket will show the class code.... the code will tell us the exact percentage of miles...and allow us to check with allied ff programmes what percentage they will give....sometimes that can help decide which programme to credit the miles to.... U can check it while making booking by clicking "view fare rules"

QUOTE(raist86 @ Nov 8 2016, 11:08 AM) Depends on what class of ticket MH booked you on. For eg, originally my ticket from KUL - HKG - AKL was booked under (U) Business Class redemption with Cathay Pacific. it shows there as redemption ticket hence not eligible for miles. After that, i did a change of schedule on the flights and long story short, after MH managed to change my CX flight dates, my ticket became (D) Business Class ticket and now eligible for miles award. I use Asiamiles to collect on the enrich redemption. Almost same case, did a schedule change on my award ticket and miles are credit into my Enrich account.

QUOTE(db07mufan @ Dec 8 2016, 03:19 PM) I got off a J flight last week wanted to go to the lounge for a quick shower. Was told NO by the lounge dragon. In Msia, during this peak season one can simply walk in and out from the lounge, thats what i do all the times. This applies to plaza premium lounge as well. No one even care.

QUOTE(anwa @ Dec 26 2016, 08:39 PM) Does this mean that the earlier a person qualifies for a level, the longer he/she gets to enjoy that level? Eg if somebody qualifies for silver in Jan 2017, means he/she will be silver till March 2019? But for re-qualification, the calculation is calendar year, so once qualify for silver in Jan 2017 but not confident in getting gold within 2017, it is better to postpone earning miles until Jan 2018? Sorry for the lengthy sentence, not sure if i convene my question correctly..... bad luck in my case. im short of 7 sectors to platinum. 123/130. and thats only few days to go.
