Yes, I was redeemed for CX549 Haneda to Hong Kong.  The tax was RM125.

The conversion rate so far i can find its 28.088 Miles to RM 1

So far i can find low tix from KUL to KIX at about 54k return for economy class. Just about the same as the old rate

However using the cheapest class i can find, The biz class seat in Category D is about 7500 RM , Or about 259k Miles. Totally not worth it

Do note that there is this caveat

  ‣ Fares with booking classes Q/O/G/Z

That rule out the cheapest economy seat and business class

Looks like the only way to get cheap business class is to buy the economy seat with miles then spend 30k to upgrade 1 way

I thought all this while there is no fuel surcharge for Japan flights, even in the old redemption? So the depreciation is definitely higher for KIX & NRT redemption..

I booked tix through Lufthansa from KUL to KRK (Poland), and the transit is like KUL(MAS)-SIN(Lufthansa)-FRA(Lufthansa)-KRK.

it was ticketed by Lufthansa, but the flight number from KUL-SIN is MH xxx.
any chance to earn EM?

Was told by customer service that Enrich miles transfer between account doesn't contribute to Elite Miles. Neither does hotel stays. Any other way to earn Elite Miles to upgrade Enrich tiers besides flying on One World?
