Why we need digital?

1) more channels can be broadcast (probably not applicable to msia since we only have very little)
2) interactive content and extra features
3) clearer picture, less interference
4) Electronic proggramming guide

anyway a digital is a step towards HD. Taking one step at a time is not such a bad idea.
