Whats the major differences between those?

I know there are similiar...(1 from EIDOS, 1 from SEGA) but which 1 is recommended to play?

Definitely Football Manager..!

cos i used to play CM since the early days...

2. More functions
3. Less buggy
4. Updated

its more fun to play, can dwnload more stuff, more realistic(although sometimes it is still unreal )
the player data is more accurate,its more user friendly

Of course lar Football Manager.. the game in which the previous CM lives on.

Why not play Fifa Manager 06? They have 3D simulator and it makes you like watching your team play in the real game. Every instruction you have given counts it and it will totally reflect on the 3D match action..Unlike others, you just see dots or text in describing your teamplay. It was quite boring just to see the dots and text in teamplay description. Anyway, this is just my personal opinion.

If you like to watch game in 3D simulator, try FIFA Manager 06.

FM is the updated version of CM
so, you will get all the latest squad, most of the time just like in CM they will patch the game at the end of the jan transfer window so there will be a new set of players with that patch if your club have bought new players
more features such as 2d pitch which the game even more exciting rather than just reading the lines

FM players will never get the kick in fifa manager 06 coz that game is light years behind in realism and actual player stats
FM players prefer realism >>> superb 3d graphics of an 'easy' game
why do i say easy? with enough funds you can buy all the best stat players just like that with almost no hitch whatsoever

when Eidos splits SIGames, Eidos gets to keep the name, CM and SIGames gets the games engine.
