Guys, Just out of curiosity...those of you who had install the DRL, do they provide you a DRL module installed in your car?

Coz I know Malaysian, always do short-cut and go straight to the fuse box(the module is to protect any short circuit or stuffs like that when LED is faulty).
*
sweat.gif

too generalize of a statement

to be frank here , how many customer would ask how installation is done? as in installing module or etc?

only question they asked would be , would you cut any wire? and price?

rolleyes.gif

so for a shop owner to use a module , more cost would incure, but customer would just think, wow, so expensive

I checked the socket number for the fog light bulb, it is H16. This is very special number(uncommon). When I asked bulbs seller, no one has such H16 stock. Hence, it is expensive i think. When Google, u can find such H16 for LED bulb which is shown in one of the video above. Not sure H16 has common socket as H11.....anyone know abt this?
*
H16? rclxub.gif

thxs for the info, thought it was h11 tongue.gif cause most toyota using it

QUOTE(nocar @ Jan 3 2013, 08:03 PM)
You are right. It got to do with colour temperature. Yellow light temperature has better penetration against rain and fog compared to white light. It beats the purpose of having foglamp that couldn't function properly during foggy situation.
Thanks hasnul for the link.
*
rclxms.gif thats why those added us at fb would knw why many of our customer using those rally yellow color for foglight

reason why they enable to autolock is because it seems that in other countries, when accident happen , passenger behind got stuck and ppl from outside can't open the door unsure.gif

not sure how true is that

biggrin.gif therefore , new kind of speed lock will have the feature of , when you have an accident ( actually no one tested , but tested when you it the emergency brake )

the door will unlock itself , so now, you cna get a peace of mind of having the autolock feature, without beating the purpose of they enabling the autolock feature rclxms.gif

Oh not really though, it could screw up your car if you got the wrong model speed lock. Even Toyota kins among themselves like Camry, Corrola, Prius C, Prius etc do not share the same speed lock. Settings must be made correctly.
*
shocking.gif really?

but i thought they share the same OBD socket? hmm.gif

okay updated... not to rain on your parade.. hehe.. i tried brake auto lock but kinda found it inconvenient coz whenever stopped a car to unload my passenger... the brake will lock the doors and my friends would like half way opened the door then locked again... hate that.. so change to speed auto lock for my new car.

*
hmm.gif stop the car brake lock cars?

most of the time , it shud be, when we unlock to let passenger go down , after a door open and close only it will lock back

meaning in situation while u r almost reaching ur place, u unlock , and press brake before anyone open the door, it shud not lock hmm.gif

One quick question. Is the navigation touch screen panel worth it? Should I take it or just install it outside (which should be cheaper, I think)?
*
smile.gif not being BIAS as a seller

but definitely not worth the money , why not take the money and get an after market brand with perfect fitting too sweat.gif
