Last weekend I open my BF3 wanting to play a few games when it says that it needs to patch update and also download the Aftermath dlc, all totalling 6 gigs. Pretty stupid, but sure whatever, it's not like I was dying to play the game anyway. So i just let it download whenever I dont use my PC.
Today it finishes downloading all the shit, and I thought I could go ahead and play, but then it says I need t update the EA manager or whatever, so okay sure whatever, and as soon as it was done updating, it then says that there is ANOTHER FCUKING 3 GIG PATCH that I need to download and wait.
For fcuk's sake, how fcuking big is this game gonna be? I opened my Origin folder to check on how big the Battlefield 3 game folder is, and holy fcuking shit it's 28 gigs. Twenty eight goddamn fcuking gigs for a single game. Seriously, what the fcuk is wrong with BF3? or EA for that matter? What, is EA filled with a bunch of dumbass clowns that none of them know how to streamline their goddamn patches and game files and not be a huge goddamn pain on everyone? Is it too much for me to ask that I should be able to play my games whenever the fcuk I want without waiting for a kajillion gig patch that takes forever to download?

The scary thing is that if you lose all the data, installing and updating everything again gonna be a pain in the royal arse. A wise woman once said: "I ain't got no time for that"

Yep, it is about 27.8 GB. How often do you open Origin? Added on December 19, 2012, 4:02 amQUOTE(slepth @ Dec 19 2012, 04:00 AM) The scary thing is that if you lose all the data, installing and updating everything again gonna be a pain in the royal arse. A wise woman once said: "I ain't got no time for that" Actually, no. You can backup your BF3 folder (C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Battlefield 3) and then put it back in where it should be, open Origin, right click on the icon and click on repair install. That way you don't have to redownload the whole thing again This post has been edited by Maximilius: Dec 19 2012, 04:02 AM

Back then if I found a 180 ping server in BF2 terus masuk favorites ok?? And it was sooo easy to pwn on that level of connection Added on December 22, 2012, 11:38 pmWell mine seems to be <100ms to singapore and other asia countries.
