interesting, i'll try it on my zaku biggrin.gif btw let me introduce myself, i'm a newbie here, i'm from jakarta, but i'm not a newbie in gunpla, i have about 10 years of experience in gunpla (yes, 10, i'm 13 now, but i started to play when i was an infant doh.gif ) btw about the battle damage, i have tried to use matches (yeah, it was years ago) , and i've tried the-gun-shaped-thing-that-made-a-hole-on-plastic (sorry, i forgot the name icon_rolleyes.gif ) to make a bullet hole effects, and i've thinked to use firecrackers, even fireworks, to make a battle damage effect, but i haven't done it yet-fireworks are like fruits, it only come at the season, like new year, at least in indonesia-

btw anybody has a tip on weathering and diorama? icon_question.gif

anybody knows why daban's newer production's finishing is really glossy? my ARF was great, but my rick dom looks cheap and it annoys me, because in war history, no tanks, cars, and anything else painted really glossy, and i want my gundams to be like that
(yes, i'm a military fan guy)

might have to do with the plastic they use.. it feels like a better quality than what they used for ARF.. but as a result they have this stupid shine to it.. a bit of flat coat will help, i think.. i've yet to try though

maybe you're right, but i think the material used is also polystyrene. actually, i'm kinda scared to use topcoat, if it fails , my kit surely will be messy icon_question.gif
anybody got a tip for topcoat? icon_question.gif icon_question.gif

well managed to get it fixed up.. I intent to get it paint so current no stickers have not panel line or anything fanciful..
The detail is fantastic.. one thing i find its extremely back heavy, not very sure if its only my kit.. can't seem to get it standing..
so those who bought the kit without the special stand I will suggest to get it up in the air with ur own stand..

how did you do that? please tell me icon_question.gif

a clearer picture would do justice to it
but from the looks of it, imo it is similar to 105/120/125 mm shell used in modern mbt

^ sekadar rujukan

well, gm's SMG and zaku's SMG uses 100mm shell, so, you consider it as realistic?
