China Gunpla, is so long already been in the market.. and seems like nothing special going on... and every year we got mid year and GBWC for BANDAI official competition and group build and fun build..

well, it's time for the 3rd party kits to play around doing a MINI fun group build .. I encourage everyone to join in to play, it's not about winning.. it's about enjoying the fun ride..

My Own Opinion::-

Winning is just a bonus~ ... Although I'm not as good as all other players here.. and I admit myself is still a noobie in everything .. and I am a lazy fella ... who likes to build kits half way, so.. why not take this chance to build something nicely and enjoy with everyone else

Best on the categories rules so far gathered is this:-

1) There are 3 categories can be participate, but 1 participant can only have 1 entry only.. so do your best.

2) Suggested Rules for Straight-build category
-- light modding to correct manufacturing flaw is allowed;
-- extensive modding with MSG or builder parts are not allowed;
-- kit bash NOT allowed;
-- clear top-coat allowed;
-- panel lining allowed (any color);
-- minor (< 20%) coloring allowed;
-- decals (bundled, after-market, self-made) allowed.


3) Suggested Rules for Painted-build category
-- modding allowed;
-- kit bash allowed;
-- at least 80% painted, original color or custom color;
-- clear top-coat allowed;
-- panel lining allowed (any color);
-- decals (bundled, after-market, self-made) allowed.


4) Suggested Rules for Diorama-build category
-- anything goes!

Submission of the photo of the kit
A) Front (Standard standing only, no Pose required)
B) Side (Standard Standing side view Only, no Pose required)
C) 3 Best pose
D) Picture you You and your gunpla, this is to show that the gunpla is actually done by you and the pictures is not taken from Website. (If you're shy just wear a mask)

Summary of DEADLINE

Deadline of sponsorship will be on 18 January 2013.
Deadline of Group Build Logo will be on 18 January 2013.
Deadline of the rules and regulation will be on 18 January 2013. Any amendment done will be inform to everyone at the FB Group.

Deadline of the Participants registration will be on 31 January 2013.

Deadline for the this group build event will be on Aprilfool 2013

Should be around 2 to 3 weeks time from now

You can submit the entry after FB group created I will place the link of the group here. Now is cracking head to give a good name for the group build..

NO CHINA/BOOTLEG/PIRATED... very hard to find a good name.. if by these few days no good idea come out.. it will be

Gundam/Plamo Group Build 2013 with the dragon and crossbone head logo at the center of the dragon:)

Thanks for the participation. It's better to register @ Facebook, so that everyone can easily keep track there, but we still can discuss the up-coming model and Group Build stuff here in this thread.. so, as for now.. I'm waiting for Hxiiik to try fit in a few logos for our GB banner, then after that I will proceed with creating the FB group..

If anyone here decided to help out on creating the GB Logo/Banner image .jpg, do let me know thanks.. The name of the GB will be decided by automatically on 18 January 2013, if there're no confirmation yet by then that day.

I like the Idea for the logo that hxiiik created.. on the 2nd option.. but I wish it would be

Gunpla/Plamo Group Build, coz we r not just targeting on gundam only.. participant can also join in the fun by using One Piece ship haha..

Just to remind everyone.. this is more of a fun build.. and don't sound it like a competition.. just the end of the day, for those who build it nicely.. and also build outstandingly then any1 else will entitle some prize from our sponsors and winner will have to bare the postage for their prize

so just keep the spirit high and join the fun!.. it's open for everyone who will registered in the Facebook!.. targeted user.. LYN members, so that.. who want to join in the group build need to be registered in LYN forum!
