I want to ask everyone here if u have any experience let say we use SAL (unregistered) and the item was lost . Can we file a dispute with paypal or the credit card company to get our money back ? is it that easy ?

Yup i was refering to that , its just that by using 'bill me instead' it will take a while for amiami to process (usually the next day) , unlike paypal where amiami will post you the tracking number on the same day.

so for me if my invoice is due on friday if i pick bill me instead , usually i will do it by thursday , sked they cancelled my order if late payment.

U can always check the paypal rate during checkout and then check Visa rate , if you are using Visa
