Travel Bukit Tabur/Klang Gates climb

Gonna be climbing Tabur West on Sat, any last minute advice for the ropes bit? Am a little nervous coz I have kinda weak upper body strength. Even climbing the ropes bit on Mt Kinabalu kinda freaked me out a little.

scared of height? then better prepare yourself.
and yes the terrain uses quite some upper body energy.. |

went all the way up today.
 it rained while I was up, about when I reached the 1st vertical climb, but it's all good.almost took the wrong way down though, hehe. |

resigned from bukit tabur west trail. if go also might wanna try finish off the east trail.. anyone ever finished off the east trail? i went half way then patah balik liau.. to tired..

I just finished hiking Bukit tabur yesterday.. we go there unprepared and none of us have knowledge on the hill.. I'm not sure which 1 we go.. but we've gone through Check point 1-11, to the peak then does down using another route. The cliffs are VERY VERY dangerous. We ran out of water supply and almost called for rescue team because we don't know where is the end. for beginner.. please be very careful when u try to climb this.
