mmmm been there just a lot of ridge and steep ground. Start at 7.30 reach top at 8am. ho ho

Tomorrow's my climb there. Starting at 6am hopefully. Just to picture the sunrise.

I got bee stung on the way down too. Is there a way to deter the bees? Are insect repellants effective against the bees?

It's been a year since my last climb. Thinking of going up again soon.

Actually i am quite confused. I read that someone said that it took 1/2 hour to get to the top and back. And in the first posting, said it took 3 hours-4hours. Actually got more than 1 trail there izzit? can we get lost?

Normal average fitness and that stop and enjoy view will take like average 3 hour. The trail to the top is quite easy but once you get pass the spiderman cliff(rope on the ridge) the trail toward the malay kampung could be some challege. If u want short cut just make your own way like me. 

Do you guys think it's better to go down the way the same way up?

The last time I went thru the orchard, it was all muddy due the rain on the previous day. No ne ed to get stung by bees/hornets either.

Now we can't go until jc recovers, or we'll be like a chicken without a head, or a flock of sheep without a sheperd. 

Ok, same way down could be very tough, but I just hate going through the orchard way.

jc, please tell people to not disturb any wasp nest that's around.
My bro's friend got stung while climbing and walking back down, and the gang of people in the front was breaking a wasp nest and the end the guys at the back got stung.

Please nature lovers, don't spoil the climb for other climbers.
Anyway if all goes well I might go up with antoher group on this Saturday
