Hi,
I currently have a HTPC hooked up to my plasma TV to view 720p and 1080p movies. It is currently hooked up via the normal VGA cable directly to the TV. The HTPC is using the latest Intel motherboard with built in graphic processor and HDMI output specifically for HTPC.
I have a HDMI capable amp and I tried hooking up my PC to the amp via HDMI and the amp connects to the TV via HDMI. The output colours were very different using the HDMI cables. The VGA cable colours looks normal but the HDMI cable colours look over saturated and un-natural. Does anyone have this issue?
I need help to solve this.

I did try hooking up directly through HDMI but it came up with the same results. It can't be the HDMI cable because I can run my ps3 through it without any problems. QUOTE(Matrix @ May 20 2009, 10:02 AM) Most likely. If it can be programmed, it can be used. Added on May 20, 2009, 10:03 amDid u try directly from PC->TV? If there's no problem, it could be either ur AV or one of the HDMI cable having problem.

I just bought one for RM 190. It works across 10 meters using infrared and you can navigate the built in mouse on the keyboard with your thumb. If you are interested let me know I can help you get it. Eh actually I made a mistake. I'm using PowerDVD 9 If BDMV, I will search for the biggest m2ts file and play that file but most of the time I will convert it to .iso file, mount it using virtual clone drive and PowerDVD 9 automatically plays it like I have a blu-ray disc in my drive. Its the best way to do it since you will get full blu-ray menus with it with no problem. I tried dvico and it doesn't support blu-ray menus with all bdmv files. Only certain one works.l QUOTE(ar188 @ Sep 8 2009, 07:18 PM) bro, just wondering, funny you said no problem with powerdvd8... I was also using it the last 6months.. how you play BDMV?? Added on September 8, 2009, 7:23 pmtoo big? no problem.. comes with a BD drive..

Does anyone know how to playback BDMV file system with menu? The only way I know now is converting them to ISO and mounting them with virtual clone drive and playing it via powerdvd. But recently most of the BDMV that I converted will not playback on powerdvd. Need to have a solution for this.
Note: I want to playback full menu and not just the m2ts file
