there is apci riser also. try checking on the coolermaster webpage. as for silent you can check out on shuttle pcs. they run on heat pipes which sends the heat out to the outside of the case. those small fans can be replaced with silent fans wat. coolermaster makes silent case fans most of the time.

just wanna ask. the VFD is 2 lines only right?

hi, i have a question. my htpc is only tv-out only. oke thats not much of concern. But apparently it can only connect via s-video cable. My gc is 9250. i've tried to use the convertor from my 9800 card but can't seem to get it to work. is it true that my 9250 can only work on s-video only? thanks.

also are there any software to control the display for ati. display configuration is likethe ones we have in the monitor. apparently mine runs crappy and its a bit mis aligned and slightly curved

so basically its the gc's fault? i thought scanlines are common ( i'm using an old curved tv monitor) playing video isn't a problem and its clear but the scan lines are giving me a headache as i can't read the fonts in windows

there's no diff for composit and rca. cause my tv monitor sucks. there are no significant difference when you use a high quality card and the low class card. cause video playback doesn't need much of the gc's juice unless i run post processing. difference will come when i play games.

i'm concern of the frequency of the tv out. will it spoilt the tv?

Guys, just curious to ask, if from PC, VGA connect to LCD TV VGA, will there be drop in quality as some ppl mentioned VGA is analog signal. If so, recommend to change it from DVI to HDMI?
