If i take the 98/month plan (40 call/sms and 58 data), how many minutes of call / how many sms will I get? can't find the info from their website....

I have problem with my iphone 5. my phone does not detect 3G even though I already turn on 3G, but my ipad can detect 3G. is it the phone problem, or celcom problem? both my ipad and iphone are on celcom

i have problem. my ip5 showing full bars for 3G, but when i'm the phone, the line doesn't seems very clear, and sometimes I experienced drop calls. when I checked immediately after the drop calls, the bars show E with 2 bars only, but after awhile it becomes 3G again.....
Sometimes when I'm on full 3G, I cannot browse the internet, I have to turn the airplane mode On, and then turn it Off again, then only I can use the internet again. The frequency of the problems above starting to irritate me. At first I thought it was Celcom problem, but my ipad, which is on Celcom as well, seems to be doing fine.
