Thats what I dont like about celcom. They make themselves like they are a government department or some sort. I've ported my lines out already.

QUOTE(usop8290 @ Nov 24 2013, 05:57 PM) thanks bro.. already bought it from the seller. just came back from cod. he show me the receipt and the imei number is match. so far no problem. however the new ip5s does not have a service card. just a sticker from apple malaysia. Yup, No warranty card for IP5S now. Only a small sticker which is stuck to the bottom of the box which is required for warranty claim. Those who purchased direct from Apple Online Store doesn't come with the sticker. For purchase with sellers, do match the imei and serial no in the phone with the box and the sticker to be safe. You can also check with Apple Online for the Serial No. |

QUOTE(Xirality @ Nov 25 2013, 08:25 PM) Yup agree on that. Paying abit more to avoid going from one shop to another and in the end just getting the same response. "No stock". Just pay a bit more and can enjoy the phone immediately already. |

QUOTE(alexanderclz @ Dec 2 2013, 05:50 PM) i'm not sure if this is the right place to ask. i'm currently using celcom 1 malaysia plan for my iphone. but it's always on 3G with the option to use 4G at my work place. the consequence is battery consumption of course. leaving my phone on 3G with minimal whatsapp and facebook will only last my battery for approx 12-13 hours. the question is, is there any option (which i have not found) to only use 2G line (Edge) instead of the default 3G? QUOTE(gengstapo @ Dec 2 2013, 05:56 PM) IINM, there is option toggle for LTE only & leave 3G for data connection The 2G connection will automatically when the is no 3G coverage in specific area Correct me if Im wrong~! QUOTE(alexanderclz @ Dec 2 2013, 06:02 PM) yeap. mine shows either 3G/2G (if there's not 3G) or 4G only. but using 3G draining battery too much. i guess no option for 2G only? If your network doesnt support LTE yet like Digi or U Mobile, the the network settings will enable only the 3g Button. Means that your network is only configured for 2G/3G. But when your Network Provider (Maxis and Celcom) upgrades to LTE or 4G, then you would receive new settings from your provider and your phone will be LTE enabled. When you phone is LTE enabled, you would only find the LTE /4G toggle button. No more 3G button. So you can only toggle to off LTE or 4G but not 3G to 2G anymore. It your is running on 2G, it will show GPRS on the TOP Center of your Iphone. Please bear in mind LTE is only for Iphone 5 and 5s. |

QUOTE(freezadwar @ Dec 5 2013, 08:48 AM) Hi guys, i am asking in behalf of a friend, she was wondering why is her celcom speed used with iphone 5s is too slow? Even trying to open google is taking too long. Previously she had no problem using the same sim card with a note 2. Call Celcom CS and ask them to reset your network settings. Problem solved.Any help is much appreciated. |
