Guys, can you help me out? I just bought an Iphone 5 unlocked, and put my sim which was my data plan since last year. I used the plan for a year when I got my Iphone 4s but I lost it. So I'm wondering, why can't I get LTE on my Iphone 5?

Hey guys,
I dropped my iPhone 5 on the floor with an otterbox defender incased but upon picking it up, I noticed I couldn't connect to the internet although the 3g signal seemed normal.I've tried everything: resetting network settings, boot up, airplane mode, taking out the sim but none worked. Can you please help me out? is there something wrong with my phone or the sim card? help much appreciated |

Guys, does the Celcom warranty covers my iPhone 5? i dropped it and now, there is no signal whatsoever. I've checked and it's my phone's issue not the sim card.
