hey guys..need help here..i want to call celcom customer service..but the operator talk in chinese...somebody can help me change to english? arghhh

you mean the system (IVR) talk in chinese or the human being? the human being should be easier..

but if you mean the system just try pressing 0 then wait for human to pick up then tell them your problem smile.gif

I exceeded my quota then celcom sent msg that i will be charged for the usage after exceeding. I straight turn off my data. Should i just ignore the warning or not?

Call them. Just to make sure. They have a knack for overcharging for their own errors. Dah kena dua kali.

-.- my postpaid just activated last night around 10pm how come so fast reached 80% .. anyone can help me on this?

i guess u must be doing lots of internet data transfer through your iphone. pls check the data usage in Settings > General > Usage > Cellular Usage.

Dont do anything!!! Celcom never sent those exceeding data messages. Only maxis do that.

Those messages are from stupid sms companies spamming the network, because celcom like to recycle their number including prepaid. so you know what previous people have subscribed to stupid sms services like ring tone etc.

Our numbers have been prostituted !

relax. i also received the msg on the 1st day of my contract. It's the free 50Mb (for RM98/month) or how many depending on your contract.

Just keep track with ur usage by typing 'vol status' and send it to 22188.

hurmm sent network data : 7.2 MB
received : 36.7 MB

but already say 80% use..lol

Yes, both on & off net usage are deductable from the RM40.
