Is it wise for fresh grads to choose jobs

i think it's kinda hard to get a job offer these days, and usually fresh grads are not well paid... most of the people they looking for experienced people which is a bad news for the fresh grads... so i think it's better to grab the job and gain experiences then you can go for what you want...
