Date of transaction: 07- Dec- 2012, 20: 17: 51 (Payment pending, from CIMB to Maybank

Details of the complaint : according to the thread link, i already paid him RM250, to buy Seagate backup Plus 1TB, we both already agree with that price. so on 7dec2012, i transfer to his maybank acc (114124122423) under Tan Lea Sim. He already confirm my payment, and post the item on Monday, 10 Disember 2012.

while waiting, i asking for my tracking number, he gave me fake tracking number (EM323002538MY), and also send the picture of poslaju receipt to my email (from CoNdOmZrUz" <darren.linux@gmail.com>). but, with no signature and posting date. (just notice couple days ago)

he confirm me that i will receive the item by wednesday. till today, never received any item from him. theres alot of thing i bought from internet, also using poslaju, already received it, even the seller pos on tuesday. so i feel like i've been scam by him. i ask him about my item, he says that he will refund if i still didnt get my item by thursday, 13 December 2012. ("you have my words" < last line of the his sms)

same result, as i expected, no item received. so i call poslaju to ask about the tracking number. they confirm me that they never receive any item with that tracking number. so i decide to ask my refund gently. he agree and do the refund on thursday, 13 december 2012, around 6pm-8pm. he sms me that i will received the payment within 24hours.

i didnt expect him to be so greedy for my RM250. till today, in my acc, i didnt receive any payment. till now, he didnt reply my SMS, didnt answer my CALL.

i attach the poslaju receipt, put something with photoshop to see the address, and another untitled.jpg, i got it from another person who already got scam by the same person. Maybe this will be fake address too.. so, to GITH, i already give you alot of my time, waiting for your answers, asking for your excuses. at least sms me if you want me to wait little more time. now, all i want you to do is, REFUND. thats all i ask TQ

btw, do i need to do police report for this scam issue?

i call so many times already, he didnt answer me. 0162912780. btw, he didnt turn off his hp, coz i can hear the ringing dial tone.

ok done. so, what i have to do now, is waiting till get boring with all of this stuff. then will go make polis report.

i see it through. but he just says "if he is scammer, how can he still selling things in his own thread", he got me with that words, its coz i thought, its was like lelong selling system, someone thats verified, will be unable to sell things if he got busted coz of scam (blacklist). so, here its was different. but seriously, he is some kind of profesional cheater. so, everyone must be alert. i will always remember him.. always hunt for him. XD

Apis_Lualua? moderator team? he ask me to write my story here so i could warn anyone else when dealing with this kind of person. its ok, i will give every detail about him, if i got time to go to police station for report. i will give every data that i collect about this person so the police know how to track this scammer.

that would be spammer for the scammer. once a scammer, always a scammer.

someone PM me, telling me that this scammer has a duplicate ID, same details.. guess what? his ID is "nomisnat"

he use this id to contact me, ask me about GITH. clever itsnt?

if u guys read through my thread, i already ask moderator team (Apis_LuaLua) to check on that ID. the result is negative, both are not the same IP. so looks like we got a security issue over here, LYN is not the safe place to shopping anymore.

GITH and nomisnat are the same person.
