if i'm not mistaken
if ur account is left without for more than 3 month(mean never on9)
ur acc will be reset or deleted

sori if these is wrong info

the TS taiwan 1st and 2nd link is broken
but try 3rd link
and also other servers apart from TS Taiwan server
