beware for this seller ,cheater!!!!he say want to refund ,where is my money!!!!!.untill today he never refund and he say item post already,he give me the unvalid shipping tracking number ( EM223496455MY,this is poslaju tracking number but he say ups ).already 48 hours

Here is the Prove of the Refund of payment through Paypal.



SITUATION THAT CAME OVERHEATED!!!
CASE 1: Transfer money through Paypal, But never came into my bank account, even though through Paypal. It is because I think I remember, he texted me for the paypal email, as i can't remember!!
Result: As all customer I had service, all payment that went through lelong, via paypal, got into my bank account 5 seconds after purchasing in lelong.com.my.
Determining Facts: It did not go into Bank account, so it is invalid!!2 days in paypal, after placed on hold in your/his account, I reckon, it is fraudulent.
CASE 2: After changing the Price to Rm495, you wanted to cancel it and get a refund after 18-19 Jan. I can't comprehend, because I was busy, and said refund is not necessary since I had packed it out. After putting the tracking number at night, the next morning he left a bad feedback at Lelong. Calling me *Cheater* e.t.c.
Result: Luckily i did not post it yet, because I wanted to check where the payment was?? I pm him , asking for details. He message me: Go prosituting, Go rob a bank!!!Find out yourself".
CASE 3: I checked all my bank acccount, but no payment at all!!I check Paypal too, and found out that the Balance was 0 MYR, and a dispute on hold in his account for Rm553.00.
Result: Opening my Lowyat account: He started spamming all my advertisement till now. Asking for a refund, and asking for the parcel to be sent to him!!!Tracking number,e.t.c.
Determining Facts: Yes, that's the way sellers can get CHEATED!!!No money in bank account; asking for a refund even-though money is also not in the Paypal account as it was on hold in his account!!And hurrying me up on a parcel, with the no evidence of payment!! Acknowledging the tracking number which was going to sent to him for free, in which he wanted to write bad feedback, comments after i submitted the tracking number, the next morning!!! I'm lucky I did not sent to him!!

CASE 4: After writing all these bad feedback, comments eventhough he now realise I have not sent to him yet, means he had receive the parcel in his wish!!!**In Europe, it is normal to write feedback after receiving the parcel**Not before!!!He did it earlier!!!So you all know now!!!

CASE 5: I had a previously problem with the Seller/buyer LiaoYuanCi, in which he only wanted my 4GB card {600+apps and games}. After sending him the parcel of tablet and free gifts, he said the box was smashed, pen dented in half, and tablet got markings. So he sent back. We did not want to continue service him because there was nothing wrong. We refunded the full payment that went into our bank account. Settled. But he wanted more, asking for delivery fee, and extra paypal charges.
Result: After checking his website Surfnshop in website, selling items at auction prices less than Rm5.00, we realise he was selling the same products as well. He is from Johor Bharu too.
Determining Facts: Johor Bharu, +Johor Bharu, Ku Lai Soon (liaoyuanci), and now this LEE YEE SEN (lys5513)

CASE 6: As of Macpro 2 having fights with Leonjunyin. I can presume LJY, LYC, and LYS have something in common!!
