Hi fellow gymers...

Just asking anyone wanna be like gym buddies around Bangi, Cyberjaya or Putrajaya..

Its really hard for me to actually maintain my motivation...

last 2 months were all go..

now abit too lazy since due to work and all...

reached home and cant be arsed to actually go out n train..

kinda... but really stress up when ur gyming alone and some group take their time with their friends on some equipments... that really stresses me out...

What he said.
Even if you go with a gym buddy, if you follow ANY established program, it will be easy the first 6 months. Going to the gym is the least of your worries. Once you hit the 6 month or so, gains will be hard, the weights or cardio will get tough.

Its easier to sit on the couch and watch tv. But nobody ever gotten healthier doing that.
