Hi, I know an easy method to calculate the right air-conditioner size for your room. First, we need to calculate the volume of the room. Volume: Length x Breadth x Height.
For example, using your room dimension, 6 x 6 x 6(take your room height to be 6m) = 216 divided by 2 = 108.
With the answer above (108). Match with the closest BTU capacity air-conditioner below with your answer which is 12,000Btu (1/4HP).
• 9,000Btu
• 12,000Btu <--
• 15,000Btu
• 18,000Btu
• 21,000Btu
• 24,000Btu
So. you can choose an A/C with average 12,000 Btu.
I hope these does help in choosing the right air-conditioner size for your room.
