Agree. Although I never had a problem with the Play Store before, I encountered the same problem with YouTube. I uninstalled all updates and installed them back again and thankfully problem solved.

Give that a try. You never know, it might work.

For pouch type case, you can try brands like Noreve and Ion Factory. Sorry but I don't know of anyone selling these cases in LYN.

I have the official Samsung pouch case in dark blue. As I've got too many cases at the moment, I can sell mine to you (or anyone for that matter). Let me know if you're interested.

You're correct it's version 3.10.10.

Maybe you can try manually installing the latest version via Application manager or look for the APK on Android sites.

Smart man, worth trying ... although I'm sorry to burst your bubble but I doubt Maxis accepts AMEX cards. I know for a fact that I can't use my AMEX cards to pay my phone bill.

Also, the promotion is only up to 31 December so you better start visiting Maxis centers now.

That's good to hear.

My advice is to dedicate one day to just drive around and visit all Maxis centres in your area (Klang Valley I presume).

Personally, I don't trust Malaysian retailers enough to do the advance payment thing. I don't think it's worth RM300 to have to go through the potential amount of hassle you're getting yourself into.
