yesterday i heard some kind of hissing sound come from the charger when the phone is above 90% charged, is it the charger problem or phone problem? what should I do? warranty the charger will do?

Can I switch off the notification light just for email? But I still want the notification for email, just want to switch off the LED light for email notification.
