My phone charge 30min only increase 2%. And my phone was at 24% after I restart the battery shows 34%. Anyone can advised me what can I do? Hard reset? Recaliberate battery?

It happens again. Battery charging stuck at 84% for 20min. Damm what is it really happening? Now I took out the battery and wait 5 min see what will happen. Is this a hardware issues or software issue? Anyone know?

Hey guys i think i need to do a hard reset. Just wanna double confirm with you guys, i have back up my phone using kies. Under the back up/restore tab I have select all and back up. All had been back up except "others". So when I have restore to factory setting then I can restore from this back up right? I wonder whats the difference between back up & sync.

Just for you guys info. Few days ago I mention that my phone battery charge very very slow, 30min 2% only. Funniest part is after I restart the phone it back to normal. After few days testing I finally found out whats wrong. I've format the phone, change the adapter and take out the battery for 5min put it back but all also end up same result until I change the micro USB cable finally I see some lights... The problem come from the cable so if next time someone had same issue u know what to do.
Tmr I'm gonna go Samsung to exchange a new cable but that day the staff told me I need to bring along original receipt for the claim problem is the receipt I don't know where I put. Can I still claim? This post has been edited by noobie123: Dec 19 2012, 11:40 PM |
