i can add to that too. No difference! Stock's too good. too good. kernel is solid too. some devs overcook it, and it becomes less efficient as compared to stock. Battery life more a less the same as stock. in fact stock is so smooth throughout im using it as a standard.

One click root is fun lol. This is issue is sure serious but not to the extent of remote control. User discretion is highly recommendable.

Good thing is google play has its own security system to ban apps that contain any forms of exploit. Just download tthe patch from chainfire o voodoo if u r too worried about it

Releasing a new succesor to note 2 in less than 6 months is economically unwarranted. In fact its suicidal.

And of course, they wont do it.

To release a new product to general consumers is surely not an easy task. It involves a lot of time and money. Software is built from source and then skinned by samsung. From there it has to go thorugh months of beta testing before it's all perfect. Software aside, physical part of the phone requires a great deal of preparation too. Components are either bought from outside companies or manufactured by samsung itself in vast quantities. Manufacturing line needs to be redesigned, eve more so if its a whole new product. Only when everything is in place, the real production starts.

It simply means ur usage has increased. Now ur phone is in super smartphone mode. Tapping on the network all the time to pull the latest feeds for ur consumption. As a result, the response from you is expected - u will create more contents on ur phone.

Here's the average battery time for your reference
Super smartphone mode (means eveything is turned on on ur phone) screen on time 5-7 hrs over 15-18 hrs

since u can't do much from u phone, pc odin is ur only option

1)get rid of kies (uninstall)
2)reboot PC
3)http://www.mediafire.com/?h59ogjbs78jm0ge this is usb driver for samsung phones. download n install
4)reboot
5)fire up odin.
6)put ur phone into DOWNLOAD mode
7)plugged in ur phone. if can detect ID:COM should turn yellow
8)Revive ur phone lol

super worst case scenario : find dumb dumb SC so that they play leniently when it comes to "rooted phone void warranty" policy lol
